Nick grew up in New Zealand and has lived in China since mid 2005, originally living in Yantai where he taught English and business at Yantai University and more recently Suzhou where he lives in with his girlfriend Natalia from Taiwan and a little black cat called Dennis.

These days Nick works for a multinational relocation and logistics company. He holds a bachelor of Commerce for The University of Auckland and speaks rubbish Chinese.
