I cooked this tonight, not from recipe but fro how I remembered it from restaurants I’ve ordered it from. Natalia gave it the thumbs up.
Ingredients:

1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp minced ginger
2-3 red chilis, chopped, with seeds
Chopped spring onions
